Thank you for your honest feedback.  It is wonderful to hear your positive comments on our staff.  We are incredibly lucky to have dedicated and nurturing staff.  They have loved looking after your son.  We are looking to change our invoicing system in a few months and hope this will improve some of the administrative issues mentioned.
