Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the care provided for your daughter. We are sorry to hear that you find things a little disorganised at times and we aim to improve this moving forward. The learning journey observations take place regularly to record snapshots of children’s learning and development. We appreciate that there may be occasions where the observation is not published on the same day but we will ensure that your child’s learning journey is updated regularly throughout the week.
