I'm unsure to why you have left this review as you left our provision in June 2018. As a nursery, we have done all that we can to accommodate your needs even allowing you to pick and choose the days you would be attending each week to support your wife's work commitments. It is also confusing where you have got this £100 pound to be paid every three months to keep your place, this is not the case and has never been so I'm unsure about how you have come to this I can only assume that you have become confused with the deposit that you left upon sign up £50 of this was refunded back to you when you left and yes the other £50 is used for Admin costs. If you recall during this sign up you were informed that all nursery fees are to be paid in advance and that you have 7 days to clear this from receipt of your invoice unless you have an agreed payment plan in place. As you can see Mohamed we are always upfront with our parents and we have a fantastic relationship with them which is why I'm unsure how you have come to this conclusion as it does not reflect us as a business and I can only say that all my staff are kind considerate and professional, we did all that we could to support your family and accommodate you within our provision. I am glad you have found a nursery that you are happy with and wish you and your family well for the future.
