It would be inappropriate for us to publicly comment on the individual details concerning any child or family with whom we work, and we were very disheartened to read this review. We are proud to uphold our policies and procedures consistently and conscientiously. Children will always remain central to our decision making without compromise. <br><br>Our learning journeys transferred from paper based to an online, electronic version in September 2018. Unfortunately, it appears that the data recorded electronically has not been downloaded and passed on in this case. We apologise for this and will ensure that this is rectified by the nursery without delay.
