Thank you for your feedback, it is great to hear that your child is thriving in his new room. We do look at room moves on an individual basis and have to take into consideration the length of time the child has been in their current room and any impact transitioning them early to another room may have. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to look at how we can improve room transitions.
