We apologise that you have found the toilets not up to our high cleanliness standards, we have recently employed a domestic assistant and they are now overseeing the toilets cleanliness at key points during the day to ensure hygiene standards are maintained. We recognise our reception area can be busy during drop off and collection times and the greeting of parents verbally has been addressed within the office team.
