The comments raised in your feedback are in sharp contrast to not only the service we know we provide, but also shockingly to all the feedback we have ever had from you?<br>I quote directly from your email to me on 8th June 2018 regarding your eldest Son's experience 'He has without doubt grown up a lot in the time he has been with you and his preschool experience has supported his development very well'. <br><br>You also made a special effort to praise the staff who worked directly with your youngest son and I quote again directly from your email to me on 3rd May 2018 'I wanted to take the opportunity to say a big thank you to B and the team in Wombles for looking after him so well.  B made a particular impact as his key worker, and your son was always pleased to see her. It made drop-offs very easy.  He has, without doubt, learned a lot in his time with you so far, and his obvious affection for B, H and the team is evidence of how well they have looked after him.  As a parent it's reassuring to see how happy our boy is to go to nursery'. <br><br>Having never had a bad word to say about us in all the years you have been bringing your children to our nursery and then to write this less than positive review, without ever raising any of these issues with us, is a terrible shock and a huge disappointment to us.  <br><br>I cannot understand your motivation to behave so positive and supportive of us and tell us one thing and write something completely different online.  <br><br>My staff are exceptional and we are all extremely proud of the fantastic setting we have as evidenced by the rest of the reviews on this site.
