Dear Ms B<br>Your comments about our Nursery being wet and dirty are very offensive. You were not happy because we charge for holiday period (like most nurseries!). Our accident and incident policy and procedure is very clear and we record all accidents/incidents (even the minor ones) and fully inform parents. You have always been given full explanations in the event of any occurring with your child. We have also been flexible with your needs (which not many nurseries will accommodate). We even allowed you to pay on a weekly basis. Our staff have always spoken to you with respect. We wish you well in finding a suitable Nursery for your daughter. Puddleducks Management.
