Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, we are pleased you are happy with our nursery. We try to keep our communication to both parents consistent and apologise if mixed messages have been given on occasions. We are currently trialling a new online feedback sheet via ParentZone, the online Learning Journey, which would provide instant access to key care routine information. This would allow our practitioners more time to discuss the teaching, learning and activities that have taken place in the day when parents collect.
