Thank you for taking the time to submit your review, we take all feedback on board.<br><br>I have spoken to the nursery manager regarding your concerns and she is more than happy to invite you in to discuss and reassure that the reason staff may change over time is due to maternity leave and the nursery is recruiting more staff as the child count grows. <br><br>The new staff will start to build up relationships with the children and parents, please do arrange a time at your convenience with your child's key worker if you do wish you discuss any concerns. <br><br>The nursery is also purchasing a larger outdoor cover in order to get the children out more on hotter days, but they do need to ensure they are safe from the strong sunshine. Once purchased the children will be out lots more enjoying the warmer weather.
