This is primarily because staff are choosing alternative career paths (e.g. Teacher/Nanny/Beautician/Air Hostess/Paramedic/Cattery) in addition to retirement, pregnancy, moving county/country or travelling. I note that there are a few areas where you have stated ‘satisfactory’ (Cleanliness/Food-Nutrition/Management).
