We are very sorry that you found our notifications/emails rude. It is sometimes a challenge to compose letters when we need to clarify our rules and guidelines. <br><br>We are surprised and disappointed that you reported that your children were always hungry when you collected them. We have not had this feedback previously. Having looked again at our home-cooked menus, we are confident that the quantities and types of food provided are sufficient and appropriate.
