We try to ensure that a member of the management team is available at the core drop and collection points throughout the day to avoid parents having to wait around unnecessarily. However due to the location and that it is a security door we have to be mindful of the safety and welfare of the children and staff on site at all times and having a buzzer system for parents could cause further concerns and more monitoring. <br>Regarding an overhead door cover, this is a possibility and has been passed to our estates' department to look into to avoid parents getting wet/cold in bad weather.<br>With regards to the path outside the nursery, we can look into this and liaise with the local authority as to whose responsibility this is as it is a public walkway.
