In answer to your suggestions we have already reviewed the way the afternoon sessions and have changed the way the staff will be taking their lunches. We will be trialling staggered lunch breaks - this means there will be 2 - 3 staff in the room over the lunchtime breaks and 1 staff member will be engaging in quiet time whilst the 1 staff member observes the sleepers.<br>Secondly, we as managers will endeavour to be as flexible as is possible. There are specifics days within our week that are fuller than others, however, we are always open for a discussion and seek to assist in any way we can.
