I am pleased to note that the majority of staff meet your expectations. We have high expectations of all our staff and Children 1st has its own training academy that staff take part in. There is a rigorous system of professional development and all staff are closely monitored. As Children 1st's expectations become embedded within nursery practice there will be consistency in all staff performance.
