Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I understand now from your comments you are no longer at the nursery. We would always want to resolve any issues raised ASAP. The Nursery Manager would really like to discuss this to ensure she can make any appropriate changes going forward. To have been part of the nursery for 7 years it would be a shame for your lasting memory to be negative.
