In response to the review it is our policy not to throw away personal items and clothing belonging to children. Staff are trained in infection control and are aware of our procedures to sluice underwear and place in nappy sacks for parents to take home to be laundered. Any concerns that are raised with management are addressed immediately. <br>All staff are trained to record child information and complete handover to parents/guardians, communication between staff and parents is effective.
