Our children’s toilet is a busy room and we appreciate it can get a bit messy at times. We are currently recruiting for a domestic assistant to help with the ongoing cleaning of the whole nursery during the day to ensure our practitioners can focus on the learning and education of our children. Our cleaners will then thoroughly clean the nursery overnight ready for the next day. <br><br>At times we do use relief staff to support the core team to cover staff holidays or absence. Whilst we know how important relationships are with staff and children we try to use the same relief staff to provide a level of consistency within the nursery.<br><br>Our Golden Values are used to support children’s behaviour through a positive reinforcement method and all of our staff undertake behaviour management training. We also work closely with parents to ensure every child has consistency between nursery and home.
