Although we have talked about this and exchanged emails I wanted to respond directly to your comments.
I am embarrassed that this was your very short experience at the nursery; my team and I strive for uncompromising high quality and it appears that we fell short of that on this occasion - I am deeply sorry.
As I said when we spoke, the matter has been investigated and appropriate action was taken. Additionally, we have taken steps to bolster our team and now have a well-experienced management team in place along with some very high quality teachers.
Again, I am very sorry for your experience, it is certainly not typical of life in a Little Garden Day nursery, as many of our previous reviewers have reported.
I would like to invite you back to the nursery to meet the new team and I am confident your experience would be entirely different.
