Under new management, the team have been working extremely hard on improving transitions for children. The new procedure involves children moving through to their new room on visits with their key person and buddies. They will have a number of visits until they feel safe, secure and confident about moving through. This is also discussed with parents and the new key person is introduced to the parent.<br>To ensure that children's needs are being met and that staff are deployed correctly there have been necessary changes to accommodate statutory requirements and to enable children to reach their full potential.
