The nursery employs 16 members of staff -11 staff members are qualified to level 3 in Early Years, 1 member of staff has a degree and the manager has an early years teacher status. The nursery does support students on the apprenticeship pathway who are undertaking their level 3. <br><br>The nursery operates within the recommended room size downstairs and the rooms are now split as the nursery now has a room for babies and one for toddlers. Our room sizes are 9 children in the baby room and 12 in our lovely garden room. The garden room has access to outdoor play all day - this enables the nursery to extend the children's learning safely as they can be more age appropriate.
