Thank you for your customer feedback, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our policy that our nursery fees are chargeable for Bank Holidays, this is something that we do have in place and a policy which all of our existing parents adhere to. I can assure you that this is a standard practice within the childcare sector and one that you will find that most nurseries will operate. As you can appreciate it would be difficult for us to offer or change our current policy when all of our existing parents have to pay fees for Bank Holidays and I am sorry in this instance that we are unable to accommodate a change to our policy– in the meantime if you would like to consider changing your childcare days to a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday – no Bank Holidays fall on these dates and this would alleviate your issue for paying for Bank Holidays
