Thank you for your comments and your recommendation. As well as regular one to ones with all colleagues and annual reviews, we formally measure our Colleague Engagement every year by way of an anonymous survey where every colleague has an opportunity to have their say and make recommendations for things that might improve satisfaction. The results are collated externally and in 2016, 94% of colleagues from the Sussex nursery took part in the survey achieving a platinum score of 92 (out of 100). Colleague retention remains a key objective for us and we do all we can in our power to retain good people.
