We have been working closely with a number of professionals to create this policy and have also recently added this information to the policy itself to enable parents to access this information.<br><br>As a company we are working hard to reduce the amount of paper we use, we want to preserve the environment for the future generation, our children, which is why we email parents a number of documents that we previously printed, e.g. newsletters, invoices. We also use an electronic learning journey which would generate more emails as your child’s key worker would email you observations/photographs of your child taking part in activities. I hope this explains why we are emailing rather than printing documents for parents.  <br><br>Thank you for the feedback on the staff who care for your child, we will ensure this is shared with the team.
