Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery, we always appreciate parent feedback.  We are glad that you are happy in the main but understand your concerns. Since the period mentioned the management team have made extensive effort to be more visible and now sit on the front desk to greet parents as they arrive. A strategy and consequent plan has been developed to nurture staff retention as well as appointing a strong management team who are committed to building and maintaining strong communication and links with parents.
