It's a shame you have left such an unfair and inaccurate review. Despite our efforts to deal with your concerns, all of which are unfounded, you deliberately set out to create problems out of nothing. I am sorry it didn't work out for you, but I think you'll find most nurseries will take the reasonable step and ask you to pay extra when you constantly arrive up to 30 mins late in the evening to collect your child.
