We have been working on many of the issues that you have raised over the past few months to improve our service.  <br><br>Following a change in management, staff have been working more closely as a team which has resulted in improved staff retention. We have promoted a few staff within the nursery to room leader. We will continue to invest in our staff to ensure this continues.<br><br>Our new room leader in our Pre-school room, who has instilled a solid routine and introduced more focus on learning and development through play and interest in preparation for school. <br><br>Our resources are now replenished each month to maintain interest.<br><br>We have created lots more areas to explore and learn on the way in every room. <br><br>We have taken on board parents feedback and communication and as a result is a lot stronger. Alongside our regular newsletters,  we have created a booklet detailing each member of staff and who each child's key person is for parents.<br><br>We do operate an open door policy and greatly appreciate parents feedback to contrinue to improve our services for children and their parents. <br><br>Many thanks and warm regards,<br>Nic
