Thank you for your feedback, I believe that the Nursery Manager has already reached out to you to have a full understanding why we didn't score highly in some of the areas. The nursery has has been rated an Outstanding by Ofsted (file:///C:/Users/30005767/Downloads/EY343093__10.PDF) and we see the safety and happiness of the children in our care as paramount in everything what we do.
