As with all of the reviews that have been submitted by people who have or have had their children at Rainbow, this is a lovely review and adds to the pride that we have in the quality of service that we provide in every aspect.  However, we are puzzled by Mr W's rating of Satisfactory in Safeguarding.  We have excellent policies and procedures in respect of Safeguarding, and all of our staff know and implement them; we also work with all of the relevant agencies/authorities when we have concerns about a child's Safeguarding or indeed any other areas in which they can help us to improve our practice.
