Since this review, the directors have appointed a new manager. The new manager and her team have made some positive changes to the nursery.<br>The sick policy was reviewed and no changes were made.<br>Staff with long nails, this will continually be monitored. Staffs nails must be short and it is clearly stated within the staff's employment handbook. Spot checks will be carried out by directors. I can ensure you that our cooks do have short nails and this was referring to floor staff.<br>We work very closely with our parents and the above issues were brought to our attention and was not ignored. <br>We hope you will see this from our recent views, visits to the nursery. If this review does concern you I urge you to call the nursery and ask to speak with the new manager whom will be more then happy to support you.
