Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery. We regret that your experience with us has not been as positive as we would expect. We strive to maintain consistency between key people and children however in situations of long term sick this becomes a challenge. This situation was communicated to all affected parents and we brought other colleagues in from sister nurseries, who covered for a number of months, to provide consistency.
I agree that an error in applying funding did mean that your fees were incorrect initially and this was rectified once you brought it to our attention.
All children have regular observations completed by staff with a focus on the child's development and progression. Without being able to see the particular Learning Journey you were given I am unable to make comment.
Once again I can only apologise on behalf of myself, and the team, that your experience at West Downs was not at the high level we pride ourselves on.
