We strive to provide outstanding care for every child throughout the nursery and we are deeply sorry you feel we are not meeting your expectations. The manager has arranged another meeting with you to understand the specifics of this negative review so we can improve in those areas and maintain the high standards we have always prided ourselves on.
Once again, I apologise that you feel the care in pre-school is not to the same standard as the rest of the nursery and we endeavour to deal with all issues raised to us directly.
