Dear Suzi, many thanks for your review.  Sunhill Daycare has a policy of providing balanced, nutritious meals at all of our sites, some of which have previously won healthy eating awards.  Please refer to our Parent Factsheets for support regarding introducing new foods, which can take up to 15 times for a child to become used to, alternatively we are also happy for you to provide a healthy packed meal.<br>With regarding to billing issues, this month is the first time that the invoicing function has been taken over by Sunhill.  We have individually contacted all parents asking for support during the transition and are working hard to ensure any teething troubles are resolved as swiftly as possible.  We are confident that problems raised will be significantly reduced in time for April invoicing.  Please feel free to contact us directly if you have a specific invoice query.
