We are extremely disappointed that you were unhappy with the service at the nursery, which is thankfully a rare occurrence. Had the complaints procedure been followed prior to handing in your notice, we could have fully investigated, then addressed any concerns you had and rectified them to your satisfaction, which may have enabled you to continue to use the nursery. We value all feedback and act promptly to address any issues our parents may have.
