I am glad you are happy with the care for your children and that you have taken the trouble to share your experience. We work hard to ensure that all families have a personal service. I recognise the issues with the billing this past month for a few parents with siblings at the nursery. This is mainly due to the newness of the pricing structure and the growth of the other side of our business. We are currently employing 2 new staff to join our over stretched admin crew.
