Thanks for your lovely feedback. And yes, we have opened up new rooms as the new centre has grown and colleagues have split off into them. Remarkably we had 0% team turnover in the first 12 months which is amazing. (but quite a few team members as we grow)  As you say the team are great and really make the experience for the children.
