Dear (Mother of Child)<br><br>Thank you for taking the time to review us on the day nurseries website.<br>I am very pleased to see your comments about the nursery, especially it's cleanliness and that you are both pleased with the staff and the care they provide.<br><br>I am of course sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your child's meal requirements. With Stepping Stones being quite a large family run day nursery it does take a lot of planning and preparation to ensure all our children are catered for. <br><br>As we serve our dinner time meal at 11.30 in most rooms we have to start preparing them from around 08.00 in the morning. These meals are made to the numbers that the staff leave with the cook the evening before. Therefore a full time child will always receive a lunch meal as long as they attend before 11.30, problems arise when children arrive after this time as we are unable to keep food due to food hygiene requirements. <br><br>We are always available in the office should you wish to discuss this matter further and I am sure we can come up with a solution that will work for your child and you will find acceptable.
