Thank you very much for your feedback and comments, we are pleased to hear you have been happy with the care provided.  Just Childcare Ltd has only recently taken over the nursery so I can’t comment on anything that happened before we took over. It is unfortunate that there has been a change of management recently but we are confident that the new manager will be great. As a company our policy is to hold parents evenings every 12 weeks and this is in the process of being introduced at the nursery. In addition we are currently in the process of installing a new software system that will have an app and ‘Parent Zone’ where parents will be able to securely see their child’s file and add pictures and comments to it at any-time, this will help further enhance home/nursery links.
