One of the most important things is that children are happy when they are in our care, so it is good to hear that the photos we put out for parents to see reflect that as well as showing what they have been up to during their day. We also work hard to engage with each child and family individually to meet their needs when they join the setting, and it is rewarding to hear that this has been the case for yourselves and the transition has gone well.
