Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Whiteley. We are genuinely sorry to hear how difficult the settling-in period felt for both you and your child. Throughout his time with us, our team worked closely with you both to support him in his transition to nursery. While he did take longer to settle, we were pleased to see some positive moments where he began to engage in play and interact with the environment. We observed that he consistently ate well with us and enjoyed many of his meals. However, we do appreciate that our High Tea is served at 3.30pm, which is why we suggest our families continue to offer dinner at home afterwards.
