Thank you for your review and your kind comments regarding our excellent staff team. Our Menu's are prepared in consultation with the Scottish Government "Setting The Table document" and we also use some of the sample menu's from the document which includes both pork sausages and vegetarian sausages. Sausages are on our menu once every four weeks and are served with potatoes and vegetables. We offer home made soup once a week, prepared with a variety of nutritious vegetables and a roll/filled roll. We have used fresh diced chicken in the past but as we do not have a raw food licence and so the chicken comes pre packed ready to be emptied into a tray but this had to be checked for fatty bits/bone and so we chose to use quorn which has 14grams of protein and 5g of fibre per 100g with saturated fats only 0.3g.
