As an Early Years setting, we are required to follow strict policies and procedures, including reporting any safeguarding concerns to external agencies when necessary to ensure the wellbeing of children and their families.<br>Our terms and conditions clearly outline payment deadlines and expectations, and these requirements were not met. We would also like to clarify that you chose to withdraw your children from the nursery; their places were not terminated by us.
