Hi Kulpreet,<br>I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review and we are really sorry you were left disappointed with your experience. We did explain that sometimes it can take a while for children to settle in and 2 days is really not enough time. The staff in the room spent a lot of time to try and help your baby to settle and would have happily continued. You did also make it clear that you required 1:1 support for your baby and unfortunately we do work to a 1:3 ratio. We never like to see any children cry and do our upmost to attend to them all as quickly as possible. I would have liked to think that if you had given it a bit more time we would have managed to settle them and you would have felt more comfortable once you had got to know us all.
