We are truly sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience at Millie's Fulham Palace. We take great care to provide a supportive and caring environment for both children and families, under previous and new management. The safeguarding of children is our highest priority. In the specific instance outlined, the manager followed the policy that is in place for a delayed pickup with no prior contact. Of course we would never wish to cause any issues for parents, but there are standards we have in place that must be adhered to when caring for children. In regards to activities, we offer a variety of activities every day beyond feeding and sleeping, tailored to children's age, and shaped by their interests and energy, guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We want you to feel supported and understood and will take your comments into consideration and feedback to managers.
