When your concerns were raised, the Nursery Manager completed a full review in line with our safeguarding and complaints procedures: meeting with you, speaking with staff, and reviewing CCTV. We also sought advice from the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO), who advised that the matter didn't meet the threshold for formal involvement. As you were unhappy with the outcome, your concerns were escalated to our Area Manager. After a further and thorough review, no evidence of inappropriate conduct was found, and all requested documents were shared. We're disappointed to have reached this point despite our efforts to support your family. Our priority is a safe, nurturing environment for every child.
