Since new management have come on board, we've worked hard to improve communication, especially with invoicing and daily updates, and the FAMLY app has helped us keep families better informed. Children's wellbeing is our top priority, and we value face-to-face conversations with parents. The FAMLY newsfeed has boosted engagement, and we welcome ongoing input. We're sorry if recent transitions felt unexpected-decisions were made with each child's development in mind, and we believed your son was ready for preschool, which you agreed and supported the transition. While some team members moved on, we're proud to have supported their growth and are building a passionate, stable team. We take all incidents seriously, follow strict procedures, and use CCTV when needed to ensure transparency. Our out-of-school club fosters friendships across age groups, and we always follow Ofsted ratios to ensure safety and supervision. We do wish you well for the future.
