However, we also worked to accommodate your preferences. We discussed his routine with you before starting, and while we adapted when his sleep times changed, we understand that this may not have felt consistent.Your child was introduced to both his key person and key buddy during settling sessions so that he had continuity of care, and we are sorry if this was not made clear.
