Whilst some changes in staffing are somtimes unavoidable in early years settings, we strive to maintain a consistent team and we always aim to provide stability for the children through their room transitions. We are pleased to hear how positively the Room Leader has impacted your child's experience at the nursery and we are sure to pass on your comments to her. Staff development and promotions are based on a thorough internal process that includes experience, training and leadership readiness.  Regarding changes in leadership, these were not due to normal turnover, but rather related to specific circumstances with previous managers.  We would like to apologise for any miscommunication regarding funding codes and will ensure that we refine our internal processes to better track and address these requests in the future.
