Thank you for the feedback, we really do take all reviews seriously and seek to address all areas, though we would apologise that you clearly haven't received the service we strive to deliver and have been known for in other reviews.Despite your disappointments, we're pleased to see some strong ratings for some key areas, like cleanliness, staff, care and safeguarding, which we do invest in significantly, though that can in turn slow down staff recruitment when looking for high calibre team members.Overall, the last 12-18 months has been challenging for almost all childcare providers, under pressure to deliver on unrealistic and un-costed Government pledges, which has seen many incredible nursery practitioners leaving the industry. Whilst we have seen some turnover, though less than 10%, it's really disappointing to see them leaving the industry rather than moving on to another nursery, which unfortunately affected us like others and the way we were able to deliver your childcare.
