We are sorry we haven't met your needs, we believe we met your child's needs as you continued to attend our nursery when you have held on to these concerns and waited until your child left for school to put this review, so this seems to be slander as it holds false information. Fee increases are inline with inflation, we are one of the cheapest in the area and don't include monies for a toy fund which most do. We also have never asked parents for any form of resource donations, which all my parents will agree. Our nursery is full of enriched learning resources, which our inspectors picked up on. Not once did we use CCTV to try and expel your child. You did however meet the depute several times.  We are inclusive of all children and have support plans in place for those with additional support needs, this includes behavioural needs. Our lunches are inline with setting the table document which we need to adhere too and we offer a variety of healthy portion controlled meals.
